    Managing relational capital for the sustainability of the energy sector in the social media

    Various management models have been proposed for intangible business assets in this new digital era. However, these models do not consider the relationships between intangible assets in business management, or their effect. This work has two main objectives: first, to show the effect of intangi-ble assets as expressed in digital media related to energy brands; second, to demonstrate the rela-tionships between the emotions, experiences and attitudes of the audiences. To do so, a novel model of intangibles is proposed and applied to the energy sector using IBEX 35 data. In this sce-nario, we determine that users' experiences extracted from digital environments have significant relationships with one of the most important intangibles in the energy business, namely emotion.Vários modelos de gestão foram propostos para ativos de negócios intangíveis nesta nova era digital. No entanto, esses modelos não consideram as relações entre ativos intangíveis na gestão ou os seus efeitos. Este estudo tem dois objetivos principais: primeiro, mostrar o efeito dos ativos intangíveis expressos nos meios digitais relacionados com as marcas associadas ao setor económico da energia; segundo, demonstrar as relações entre as emoções, experiências e atitudes do público. Para esse efeito, é proposto um novo modelo de gestão de intangíveis aplicado ao setor de energia utilizando dados do IBEX 35. La diabetes es un problema de atención primaria con numerosas intervenciones por parte de enfermería en la prevención de sus complicaciones, entre ellas las recomendaciones de ejercicio. Los objetivos de este estudio son valorar si la cumplimentación de las recomendaciones de ejercicio es diferente entre la población estable e inmigrante de la UGC El Saucejo incluida en el programa de CONSEJO DIETETICO. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el ejercicio disminuye los niveles de glucosa en sangre, pero no encontró diferencia alguna en el cumplimiento terapéutico entre las dos poblaciones estudiadas.// Diabetes is a primary problem with many prevention of its complications, including exercise recommendations.     Determining the impact of economic activiy in Asturias on greenhouse gas emissions

    To fulfil the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol, public authorities with responsibility for the environment, need to design and implement policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, whose pollution impact is highly relevant. Hence it is necessary to develop reliable data bases, indicators and tools in order to determine the reach of such an impact. In Spain, the Autonomous Communities have powers and responsibility for dealing with environmental affairs. Thus, the aim of this paper is the construction of an environmental Input-Output Table for the Regional Government of Asturias, with useful information with respect to environmental aspects of the regional economy. Concretely, the consequences of economic activity on the greenhouse gas emissions will be studied. The specific targets will be: to define and calculate the emission coefficients for every production sector and the final demand of the Asturian regional economy; to account for the quantities of the greenhouse gas emissions by sectors for a specified year; and to construct an environmental IO accounts system for Asturias starting from the pollution coefficients matrixes. Once these matrixes have been developed, it will be possible to carry out a conventional IO analysis, including the environmental aspects. As a result, the quantity of the pollutants generated directly in the economy by each of the production sectors and by the final demand will be determined, as well as the additional indirect emissions belonging to the output production. Finally, the multiplier analysis will be extended to obtain the induced effects resulting from consideration of household consumption, financed by incomes from the domestic production sectors, as endogenous.

    Digital marketing actions that achieve a better attraction and loyalty of users: an analytical study

    Currently, the digital economy contributes decisively to an increase in competitiveness, especially as a digital transformation involves migrating to new technological models where digital marketing is a key part of growth and user loyalty strategies. Internet and Digital Marketing have become important factors in campaigns, which attract and retain Internet users. This study aims to identify the main ways in which users can be gained and retained by using Digital Marketing. The Delphi method with in-depth interviews was the methodology used in this study. The results of the research show the most important actions for achieving user recruitment and loyalty with Digital Marketing from the opinions of consulted experts. The limitations of this study are those related to the number of experts included in the study, and the number of research papers consulted in the literature review. The literature review and the results of this research are used to propose new solid research with a consolidated critical methodology. This research deals with a new approach that will optimize web technologies for the evolution of user trends, and therefore, will be of academic and professional use for marketing managers and web solution developers. The conclusions of the investigation show the key factors, discarding others that do not affect the optimization of conversions in B2C businesses such as the duration of the session and the rebound percentage. Likewise, the results of the research identify the specific actions that must be carried out to attract and retain users in B2C companies that use the Digital Marketing ecosystem on the Internet.     Journeys for religious reasons has been occurring along the evolution of humanity, in more recent decades, some of these travels were motivated only by (religious) tourism reasons. The information and communications technologies (ICTs) has had much impact on tourism over time, because information is one of the most important aspects to consider in the tourism sector. ICT can contribute to greater and better dissemination of knowledge about tangible and intangible heritage, while potentiate the acquisition deeper knowledge by the tourist (or local). The sharing and dissemination of the heritage (religious) knowledge in general should nowadays be focus in all kind of users, from residents, to "traditional" tourists, including tourists with accessibility limitations, hearing and/or visual impairments, restricted mobility, etc., and special groups, like senior citizens and kids.
